Using the tester
You may use the pages and the tester for personal, repair, and development checks. Do not abuse the host, try to break the service, or present the readings as an official certificate from a manufacturer.
No warranty
The tester is provided as-is. Browser values depend on the operating system, the browser, cables, and any remapper in the middle. A Healthy verdict is not a promise that a pad will stay healthy. A Drift verdict is not, by itself, a warranty claim. You are responsible for repair decisions and for any firmware tool you choose to run outside this site.
Names and marks
Sony, PlayStation, DualSense, DualShock, Microsoft, Xbox, Nintendo, Switch, Joy-Con, Valve, Steam, Steam Deck, and 8BitDo are trademarks of their owners. PadTester is not affiliated with them and is not an official tester.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, PadTester is not liable for lost games, voided warranties, damaged hardware, or decisions you make from a browser reading. If a rule here is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
